To keep the detox effects going throughout the year, you can incorporate some healthy habits into your routine and lifestyle.

#1 – Eat a Clean Diet

It’s easy to slip back into unhealthy habits of eating greasy fast food or sugary treats. Preservatives and food colorings are also not suitable for you. But your body has a habit of craving these things and telling you that you need a fix. Your job is to kick those cravings and stick with it by making small, incremental changes.

Form a lifelong good habit of eating healthy foods. Go further by making it a social time by inviting friends over for smoothie parties or preparing some fancy raw food to put out in the office staff room to impress your work colleagues.

Reflecting on these changes over time is what will enable a detox, for example, to result in real lifestyle changes over the long term.
